Carol Anderson Steele is a native of Portland, Oregon, of Norwegian and Swedish-Finn descent.   Carol and her husband have been doing genealogy for fifteen years now after retirement.   Carol is a member of the Genealogical Forum of Oregon and president of the Scandinavian Genealogical Society.   She also volunteers at her local LDS Family History Center and the annual ScanFair in Portland where she is available to help person researching their family histories.
