Wheeldon, Duato and Balanchine

March 15-25, 2007

March's mighty mixed-repertory introduces audiences to choreography's international superstar, Christopher Wheeldon, with his exquisitely musical Polyphonia, hailed "A major ballet" by The New York Times' Anna Kisselgoff. The Seattle premiere of George Balanchine's eerie La Sonnambula (The Sleepwalker) makes its sumptuously costumed debut, and Nacho Duato's haunting Rassemblement returns to the stage in honor of ballerina Ariana Lallone's 20th Anniversary with PNB.
