Chocolate Truffles

Danish Kitchen, a new program in Oregon, is an opportunity to get more familiar with food from your favorite little country, Denmark.  Our first class will take place on Sunday, November 5th at 1:30pm.  We will have our excellent Danish cooks demonstrating some of your favorite Danish dishes and you will have the chance to learn their techniques and ask questions.  Our first class will be presented by Joyce Maier, NWDF Volunteer and Himmelbjerget Committee Chair, and she will demonstrate her knowledge of chocolate.  We will provide all the tools you will need, just bring your appetite
